those are pretty decent....infinity's line of mids and highs are pretty good in my opinion, im not too tickled about their subs tho......

In my other car, I have Infinity Kappa 4" components, and Infinity Kappa 6½" coaxials. Great mids and highs. Not really good for bass, but that is what subs are for :D

and will i need any speaker harness adaptors for these speakers?
thanks

I just put those same speakers in my front door and I love them! I tried to buy them from that same vendor but they were not responding to email or answering their phone so I managed to cancel the order (this was tricky since you have to do that by phone and they don't answer it) and purchased them from Cardomain.

I have to admit I got the idea to use Infinity Kappas from Crizz on this board. He knows a lot more about speakers than I do.

Based on the fader settings to balance the sound with the factoy speakers still in the back, they have about twice the volume output of the factory speakers. Even though there is a subwoofer in the back, the bass coming out of these can make the car shake. These are 2-way speakers, The tweeter is adjustable between 0 and 3db. I really don't know what that means but one of those adjustments makes the tweeter sound pretty bright.

The speakers come with a crossover connecting the midrange and the tweeter and there are 2 wires coming out of the crossover that you will have to connect to you old speaker wires. I got cold feet since the car was so new and paid the local discount electronics place to put them in for me but I had to take them out because he left the crossovers rattling around in the door. The installer just spliced the new speaker wires to the old wires and the holes for the screws were already there. You really can't get much easier than that to install.
