Yesterday I installed a brand new CV Axle Shaft into my 1995 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4 and upon completion of the job, took it for a test drive and still have what appears to sound like the same clicking noise that a bad CV joint gives. Could there be something else that gives the same noise as a bad CV joint, or is it possible that I just got a bad CV Joint Axle Shaft, even though this one was new? If anyone has any ideas please give them.
