1. Couldn't find air bag sensor in the fuse box under the hood.

2. Can't seem to find the wire loom that runs to the battery and the drivers side fender wall.

3. Is the automatic operating shift cable, the cable running underneath the drivers side?

I didn't have to do anything concerning the first two either time I did a body lift.

The tranny shift cable is just a black cable running from the side of the tranny into the firewall on the driver's side. Pull the clip(s) out that hold it to the firewall.

so the shift cable is the cable running underneath the body on the drivers side from one end to the other.

The cable going from the firewall to the rear of the Explorer is the parking brake cable. Watch it as you lift to make sure it doesn't hang on any body mounts and break it.

No, from the transmission, up the tranny hump on the body (in the center of the body) then into the firewall near the brake and acelerator pedal

EDIT, yah the cable you are seeing is the one Monkey Boy is talking about

one more question what do you think about me taking my explorer somewhere so i can have some one losen the body bolts with a air socket wrench. good idea or bad idea
