insturment panel bulb replacement

How much time am I looking at to replace the bulbs in my insturment panel? (1993 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0). Anyone have any useful links? Chilton manual only shows a (complicated) exploded view of the panel (did I miss something?). I'm not even sure where to start taking things apart. (All this to replace some $.99 bulbs??) Any help appreciated.

Ah a hour max. Just pull it the trim around the dash off and there are four screws holding the cluster in. Pop off the electrical connection and the speed connection and then you see the bulbs behing little black twist out deals.

There are two screws holding the Trim Also!, you have to pull the ashtray out to get to them. Then push the emergency brake down and put the car all the way in 1 gear to get the trim off.
