2000 limited
Hi everybody, About one year ago I purchased a 2000 explorer limited and it took me until today to introduce myself. My relationship with this explorer started off kind of rough because It seemed like the problems would never end. But with some patients, know-how, and a little bit of money, most of those problems have been fixed. I am now very pleased with the explorer and I plan on using it for a long time.

I bought it for a couple of reasons. My fiancée does not like riding in my other car(too low, ride too stiff). Road trips, and just an all purpose utility vehicle. however; I do plan on lowering it because I do not plan of doing any off-road activities, and the 4-wheel drive it just to get me around in the winter. I mainly would like to lower it because it would be more comfortable for me because it feels strange being up so high compared to my other car.

Anyway, enough ChitChat, lets see some pictures shall we?

The Car,
I realize that most will probably not like it because it is a product of Honda. But I will always love it, and I would like to let you know that I am far from your average Honda owner.

-I assure you, it is not raspy. It has a nice smooth tone

I hope you enjoyed

I don't plan on doing anything major. Intake, Exhaust, small audio/entertainment set-up, lowering it about 2 inches, and fixing all the body defects(dents, scratches, etc.)

Welcome Sean! What camera are you using? Nice pics!

Very nice.. We're having a meet & greet at the Texas Roadhouse off of mountain road at 4:30 on sunday if you wanna join us.

These pictures were taken with a Canon Rebel xti w/ a 24-70mm f/2.8L lens. I plan on upgrading soon to a Canon 50d, or a 5d mark II.

When compared side to side, the car has cost more me more money. However; most of the work done to the car is purely because I wanted to do it and not because it needed it. The explorer needed more repair work to be done.

It is HKS, but not dual.
