I am not auto tech you all appear to be but have some knowledge. I landed here while trying to find out if my used '07 Mountaineer Premier 4.6L V8 w/ tow package has transmission cooler as part of package. I will be towing 16' Casita trailer 2200# dry wt. in mountain terrain. Prefer to not get envolved with major vehicle modifications. Know enough to stay out of OD in high country.
