When i connect my iphone to charge via the USB. I cant type, text, scroll through menus, dial.. it works maybe 25% of the time when i actually push a button. But it takes forever...

Sometimes if im playing music - it will switch between radio fm and then back to the USB..

Forget trying to open a webpage - nothing works...

unplug - everything works fine.. what gives?

even screws up if i plug in the wall adaptor into the plug behind the center compartment... same symptoms... unreal. and VERY ANNOYING>

Just to be clear, you cannot type, text, scroll through menus, or dial on your iPhone screen, or on your My Ford Touch screen?

Have you verified that you have the latest software on your iPhone and on My Ford Touch (2.8)?

not sure about my ford touch - but iphone is uopdated.

it will work sometimes - but its very slow - and when i hit say - open messages on the phone - it will open email.

or go to type in numbers - it will push different buttons.

its possessed.

Sounds like an iPhone problem, not a MFT issue. When my iPhone starts acting a little wacky, I reboot it and it's fine afterwards. Did you try a reboot?
