what is the best ipod adapter i could get for a stock headunit? i also have an ipod touch idk if that matters in terms of trying to find compatible adapters.
i got the usa spec unit from crutchfield. its madd expensive at around $150. but its the best out there in my opinion. i gotsick of buying junky tape player adapters for 20$. so i bought the module that takes place of the factory cd player and its awsome! crystal clear sound. no complaints at all. its deff worth it. but if your short on cash go for a tape player adapter. there ugly but they work ok. i have an ipod touch, it doesnt matter what kindof mp3u have, it just gives you rca outputs that you put an aux. wire to.
I just ordered an aux adapter for my stock h/u with a charge cable for my iPhone 2.0. In my opinion, this is the only way to get high quality music from your stock system. look at www.installer.com
