Is it bad that as a new member my first post is about a nasty smell that comes from my new Ford Explorer? I am new to the Ford community and Ford ownership. I love the truck and it's sleek design, but I sure hope I don't have many issues with this truck. Aside from that, I look forward to reading many post from other members and learn new ways to make my Explorer more fun and enjoyable.

Unfortunately you are not the only one to have that issue as the first post. It has been going on since the 2011 model came out and still it has not been resolved. Not sure why or exactly why it is entering the cabin of some vehicles and not others. My 2011 has been virtually trouble free but to be sure I took out the Ford ESP, just in case.
