Is it hard to replace in-dash 4X4 switch?

Can I replace a burnt out 4X4 switch myself? Not the LED switch above the radio, the switch inside the dash.

When I installed my alarm I had to pop out the 4x4 switch to mount my blinking LED light. The switch is not hard to get out of the dash. Use small screwdrivers to undo the clips holding it in. Once you get it out there is a cluster of wires that plugs right into the switch. A replacement unit should plug right back in. All the above is for a 91 Explorer switch but I think your 94 is similar if not the same. Hope this helps.
