ok, i was looking at the front end of my Navajo and the front end of the Explorer same year. my question for you guys who may have done this or thought about doing this, is it possible to convert a front grille and headlights from a navajo to an explorer grille and headlights without changing the hood, fenders or trim on the bottom of the grille? the navajo ones look so ugly and the ford ones are so much cleaner.

thanks,
-Eric

yeah im pretty sure they didnt change any sheet metal between the 2. But you would have to have the full grill/headlight parking light assembly and whatever is used to mount it to the body. How are the condition of your navajos headlights ie cloudlyness?

i used the Mothers Headlight Restoration kit and they came really clear, because they were very cloudy before. so they are in pretty good shape. the only reason i want to change it over to the ford front end is because i like the ford one better than the mazda one.
