to pull the 4.0 and install a 1986 5.0 H.O. motor into a 1998 explorer 2wheel drive...i can get the explorer for nothing ,and it is in great shape other than the motor making metal... the 5.0 is coming out of my mustang and i was curious as to what would be involved in the switch...i would think the oil pans are different..but i dont know if the headers would be an issue or not...and the tranny,would/could i use the auto out of the mustang?? and motor mounts,would i need to find some or use the ones from the mustang or maybe the ones from the 4.0?? any info and input you guys and gals might have would sure be greatly appreciated...greg
