Doing the Foglight/parklight mod tonight I pulled off the intake hose and found a ton of oil inside it.....enough to drip out when i tilted it....there isn't any oil onthe throttle body and its coming from the line that goes from the oil filler neck.....

Is this a majorly bad thing?....the one on my stang goes from the fillerneck to the throttle body and I've never once had any oil in it...

any idea's would be good....since then i've pluged the hole in the intake and i've left the hose unhooked to breathe freely

Thanks

all it is is the pcv doing its thing.... but, it isnt actually supposed to let oil drip back into the oil, yours may be in need of replacement

On my 5.0, the pcv only slowed the leak but did not stop it. It has something to do with pressure building up in the crankcase and not breathing correctly.
