Is this a power steering hose?

It's leaking and making a big sticky mess underhood. My power steering fluid is also slightly lower and dirtier every time I check it.

Looks like the clip with push-in connector attached to this hose came loose and I can't figure out where it was attached. As a result, the hose was lacerated.

That looks to be a PS hose. If you haven't tighten all of the brackets, clamps, and screws on the PS hoses and container, so that you know that is not where the leak is coming from GL!
