is this the right seat belt part to remove middle seat?

i have seen some people remove the middle seat in back so they have like 4 bucket seats, if you do this, there is no seat belt hook, is this the part i need to make it functional without the middle seat?

No, its more of an simple metal 'L' bracket on mine, with the latch part on the end and one bolt to the floor. L/R are different too. I'll see if i have a pic. .
