It looks very nice, I love the chrome door handles and mirrors. Didn't know chrome roof rails were available.

Anyway my point is... look at side shots, especially on the 4th pic ... it looks taller than normal?! or is it just an optical illusion?!
I like the wheels too.

Question #2: What dimensions are those tires exactly?

yes im pretty sure its a member on here. no I dont think its lifted...

pretty sure there is still no lift made for that year explorer, unless you make your own.

His page says that a drop might be in the future, so I would say, no lift. The roof rails might be off of an Aviator

def no lift... if he had done anything, the gap between tire and wheel wells on front or back would be larger
