JBL or Sony

Im looking at replacing most of my speakers for my X, and i was wondering what you guys think will give me better tunes. A sony system or Jbl's? And if you could provide reasons for your choice that would be great

i second that, JBL is nice equipment,

plus what does sony call their stuff??? oh wait "xplode", could be a reason for that, in my experience thats what they have done everytime, tried their speakers twice just to make sure i didn't get a bad pair, just to find out they are all bad.

I just have never been impressed with Sony sound. Nice TV's, but not-so-nice sound!!
I have a JBL 180.2 amp for my Perfect 12.1 sub and it runs very well!
I'd go with JBL!

I would go with JBL's also....Sony's car audio stuff isnt so hott

JBL GTi 1200D's, with their crown power amps. Very expensive, but crown makes the amps that drive rock concerts... think they might have a clue.

Sony has nice cameras and stuff, their audio stuff is entry-level at best, and pure crap at worst. JBL makes great stuff.

JBL all the way. Sony for video, JBL for audio. They know their **** when it comes to sound.
