I can get a good deal on a set of Jeep Cherokee rims and 31x10.5 BFG AT's. I need to figure out if they will fit on my '02 Mounty or if they are gonna sit to far in and look bad. Here is a picture of them. I need to know ASAP as I only have until tomorrow afternoon to go get them. Thanks!

They have a stock backspacing of 4.5".. That may not work for ya.. Typically a stock wheel has 4" backspacing for Explorers..

So they will sit .5" more under the car? Also, will the only issue be the look of it or will there be any mechanical issues with the difference in the backspacing? Thanks for your help, love the site!

What size are the rims? I don't think 15" rims will fit a third gen>

I think they are 15's. Did even think about that being an issue. Looks like this just won't work out I guess.

15s will not fit. If it were just the backspacing you could use some wheel spacers but they are too small to clear your brake calipers...

Yea, I thought about that before but when I got excited about these I totally forgot about that problem. Oh well I guess I will continue the search for either one new wheel or a cheap set of wheels to replace my cracked/bent wheel.
