Firstly, I think your 97 still has a speedo gear so you can correct your speedo and odo by just changing that gear.

Secondly, JET SUCKS! If you get an electronic speedo correction unit get another brand.

Cool Thanks bro, i kind of thought it would suck. And as for my mph tach it dosnt have the speedo gear i just pull my gauges cluster out couple day ago to install my indiglo's and it's eletronic.

The speedo gear would be in your tranny or tcase. I think 98+ they use the VSS in the rear axle to measure speed instead of that gear driven sensor.
