I have a 1994 limited 4x4, i was thinking about gettin the Jet Performance Chip and i was wondering if it was good?

Is 17 hp increase worth the money?

The consensus of this board is "The Jet Chip is a TOTAL waste of money". The CLAIMED 17h.p. is a bunch of bullsh!t too....more like 7hp.

If you are just DYING to get a chip for your vehicle, talk to Doug @ Bama Chips, he can point you into the right direction.

I would definately not recommend a Jet chip.

The Jet flow or something along those lines.

Jet Chip caused the worst fuel mileage in my use; also agree that the power gain was minimal and likely related to transmission shift adjustments rather than engine performance. For the price of a Jet- don't do it. Get a chip or programmer from Doug.
