I wasn't sure where to put this since the Jeep is most prominent in the article. I hope the link works. On my phone, it takes me to the Register's front page, and I had to scroll until I found the article in G. SundayPlus. Pleasant Hill is on the eastern edge of Des Moines, just a few miles from my house. I see the Explorers from time to time, but didn't know they were owned by one family. I think I've seen the Jeep once, but wouldn't swear to it.

I just get routed to a forced login / sign up... pass

That's what I feared. I was able to get to the article on my phone, but got the sign in page on my wife's computer. I'm always logged in on my computer.
Anyway, the article is about a local family who has a Jeep and both 1st and 2nd Gen Explorers painted in the Jurassic Park scheme, along with the proper JP interior in at least the Jeep.

One JP vehicle is enough for me, thank you.

There's a JP second gen just a 1/2" mile from me... it's in the garage alot but sometimes on driveway. Very spot on JP paint job etc.
