just change the head gasket and now the computer wont turn on

check engine light dont come on when i turn the key on and my scaner tool dosent detect the computer when i plug it up .check all the fues and relays. pcm has power in both wires and has a good ground. trying to find out what would stop the computer from turning on. i dont understand it was running when i started i plugged everything back in?

check your fuse going to your cig lighter if your scanner wont power up. ask me how i found that one out.
