Should I change the head gasket?

Alright guys, im in the process of changin the lower intake manifold gasket. My ex has 197000 miles on it. I just bought the explorer a few months ago and since then have had to replace the brake light switch, water pump, and lower manifold gasket. Now my question is, since im already in there should i change the head gasket so I dont have to worry about it blowing next week lol.

if i was doing all the intake gaskets again, i would surely look at doing the head gaskets ,,

At that mileage, it couldn't hurt if it has never been done before.
