2002 Explorer XLS 4 door
Hello,
I just joined the forum today. I have a 2002 Explorer XLS with the 4.0L sohc which I bought back in late April 2016 from this fellow that was going back to France. He had done quite a bit of investment on to the SUV. He spent $2700 for transmission repairs, replaced the fuel pump, starter and a complete set of new Michelin tires.
Recently my idle speed has been very unstable. You tube videos hinted to something called the PCV elbow tube to be a culprit. I bought the part of Ebay now my question is, where is the part located in the engine compartment?
I can't seem to find it anywhere as stated on YouTube videos

Check the valve covers. On my '93 it's on the driver's side.
