I just purchased this kit from hidkitwarehouse.com...

H13 for my headlights and 5202 for the fogs.

Anyone have any experience with these? They seem like decent quality after some extensive research.

Any error codes showing a headlight is out?

As long as you get the capacitors (an add on option there on the order screen) and install them you should be able to avoid the bulb out messages. I don't think you need them for the fogs...I had a bulb out on one of them the other day and never got an error.

Ok, I'll include those in my order!

Keep us up to date on the install and result!

Need resistors, 50w 6ohm rated. 4 of them. 2 for low beams and 2 for high beams. I did the retrofit on mine recently

That high beam on that bulb won't actually put anything on the street, the low beam will though

Good luck with the Install!
This is something I may consider doing in the future so I will be following along.

HIDs in the fogs and still going strong...

Only issue I have had is that I guess the seal was not so great, so some water got in causing condensation.

Just as a general update: my HID fogs have recently started blowing my 15A fuse. Even after re-doing the wiring job on the fogs, and changing the fuse amperage to 20A, it still blows the fuse upon initial bulb light up.

Anyone have any suggestions as to why this is happening? This was a plug and play installation. I haven't modified any fuses, resistors, relays etc...
