Hey folks, had an unusual problem today. Was coasting to a traffic light and the engine just died. Pulled over to side of the road and put it park and tried to start the engine. It started and as soon as I released the key from start to run, it would die again. Tried this about 10 times and same result, it would start and as soon as I released the key, it would die. Waited 5 minutes and tried again and it ran fine. Checked for codes, there were none. 140,00 miles on the V6 and everything surrounding the engine is original. Thinking possible TPS or throttle body motor? Any suggestions? Thanks......

Unless and until it acts up again we will have to consider it an anomaly.

I would agree, unless it happens in the middle of an intersection!

Regardless of the location of the stall, Unless you are able to pull a trouble code and it has not done this before or since there is little to be done. I truly wish I had more to offer. I understand that when something like this happens, you want answers so it can be fixed.
