I sold my 93 x today. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone on this board. I've learned alot about these great trucks. I still have my 02 x but that is the wifeys and i hate it. My 93 was what an suv is all about. Again thank u to everyone. I guess i will still sign on from time to time. Maybe i will again have another first generation. Later

Dont be a stranger explorers are everywhere bud i just got another one that is in better condition then my old 91 still first gen. my new one is a 92 Off Road only soon

Like i said i still have the 2002x, so i will still be around them but the 02 being an oversized wanna be truck i don't get excited like i did with my 93. I spent alot of time in the 91-94 stock explorers section to get ideas and just see what everybody was doing. I will spend all my time now in the 2002-2005 stock explorers section because it is falling apart quickly and i will be trying to troubleshoot things. I've had more trouble with my 02 in 8 months than i had with my 93 in almost 4 years
