Just wondering does my 95 xlt 4.0 have a timing chain or belt

it has 151000 miles should i need to have this changed,runs perfect,i know they recommed changing them,is this something i should worry about,since my new job about 2 years ago i only drive daly 15 -20 miles round trip.Thanks.
 






You have a chain in there. My X has 223,000 original kilometers or about 130,000miles and it has the original chain..not sure on the recommended interval but needless to say mine is very likely overdue.
 






You really don't have many problems out of timing change, which means you don't have to change them very often if ever. Chains do stretch over time, but not like a 4cyl. that has a belt. Unless you can hear you chain slapping around or someone diagnoises your timing is off, there is no need to change it.
