Key Fob battery replacement

I've got the original key fob for my 99 Ex and it is time to change the battery. I'm pretty sure I can do thisd myslef but before I do I wanted to know if I chance messing up the alarm system or door code? Thanks.

Just go for it! Buy the battery and swap them. You shouldn't have to reprogram the fob but if you do there are instructions here as well. Do a search if you need them. Good luck

BuffaloX is right. You should have no problem replacing the batteries. Just use a dime to pry apart the two halves and make sure to match the polarity of the battery.
