I was replacing the key fob batteries on my 2017, and found out that the 2032 battery does not go in all key fobs. The integrated key-head transmitter takes 2032 batteries, but the Intelligent access transmitter takes 2025 batteries. Consequently, I have been putting in the wrong replacement batteries, and maybe the reason it is so hard to reassemble the key fob is because the batteries are too thick.
So keep this in mind when it comes time for your next key fob battery replacement.

I found out that the batteries are different thickness from the link Are There Any Batteries Equivalent to the CR2025?:
Although there are no exact equivalent batteries to the CR2025, there are multiple batteries that may act as suitable substitutions. The CR2016 and CR2032 are exchangeable with the CR2025, but users must consider space limitations.
The CR2016, CR2025, and CR2032 cell batteries all have the same voltage. The diameter of each battery is the same, at 20 millimeters. However, the CR2016 is 1.6 millimeters thick, while the CR2032 is twice as thick, at 3.2 millimeters, (3.2mm= 0.1259843in). The CR2025 measures 2.5 millimeters, (2.5mm= 0.09842520in), in thickness. The size differences allow the CR2032 to hold more lithium-based chemicals and provide 240 milliamps. The CR2016 can hold up to 90 milliamps, while the CR2025 can hold up to 160 milliamps.

The battery types are covered on pages 51 and 52 of the 2017 Owner's Manual.;)
Note that different model years may use different batteries. The 2018 IAK uses a 2450. The 2019 Manual just states; The remote control uses one coin-type three-volt lithium battery.

In case you didn't figure it out already, most coin batteries use the CR prefix to designate chemistry type and the numbers to designate the dimensions (dia x ht in mm).

Some/many devices have markings to indicate the coin battery type (may need a magnifier to see some of them though). Usually you can use the 2016 in place of 2025 and 2032, but may need a thin spacer/foam. Same goes for 2025 in place of a 2032. Varies by type/style of contacts. As always YMMV and use your best judgement.
