I have a 2017 ford explorer XLT. It came with one fob that is falling apart. Took to a locksmith who ordered a new fob. He was able to program the new fob but it will only start the vehicle and won’t lock or unlock. The original fob will lock/unlock and start the vehicle. We are at a loss for what to do next. Any suggestions?
