Keyless Entry Keypad Location

Hi. I'm the proud owner of a 2000 XLT Explorer and most recently a 2005 XLT Explorer. Can anyone tell me the location of the keypad on the 2005 Explorer?

Welcome! The keypad should be located on the driver's door. My 03 has it vertically on the black trim that runs along the window.

I hate to say it, but if you haven't noticed it by now, you probably don't have one. It is almost 100% always located by the driver door in plain site. Either on the door just under the handle or on the section between the front and rear door windows on the driver side. Remember, not all explorers come with this. It had to be ordered when first bought unless (I believe) it is a eddie B which has this and more thrown in as automatic.
