Hey!

So I figured out where my code was for the keyless door panel, but I think that the 1/2 and 3/4 buttons are broken. Nothing illuminates, but it does so when I press the other buttons, although the 9/0 key needs to be pressed fairly hard.

Is there any way to remove this and repair/replace, or am I stuck with it broken forever? (I don't want to touch a dealership, they are soooo expensive to deal with!)

I do have an o-k amount of electrical know-how, so if I need to take the keypad apart, I can do so. Just please let me know if I can take it out! I'd much rather know before I start taking panels off.

Any advice or help would be awesome! And thanks in advance!

Go to http://www.silverstatefordparts.com and search for keyboard actuator. I beleive this is what you are looking for. You can email them and ask for assistance. Provide them with your VIN and they will make sure that you get exactly what you are looking for. I don't know how to remove and replace it. Hope this helps out. :salute:

Try a Haynes manual for a replacement procedure and diagrams.
