KKM install?

I want to get a KKM TRUE-REV SPORT INDUCTION KIT and was wondering, does anyone have pictures of their install (before , during, and after)?

I think i might however, just want to be sure i won't screw anything up

Also, the only thing i have to do is remove old and install new? Someone said something else was needed

sorry, i dont have pics, but its just remove the old and install the new - you dont need anything else. its extremely easy to do - if you can operate a ratchet/wrench, you can install it - itll take abour 15 min (30 min if you go real slow just to be sure.)

I don't have any pics either, but, as far as how much work's involved. I have a '94 XLT, and a friend and I were putting it in a couple weekends ago, and at first we just took the old filter out and put the KKM system in, and it just barely didn't fit, so we pulled the air pipe towards the intake, which worked well except for the fact that that put the plastic pipe against the fan belt. So to fix that we went to Ace hardware and got some metal tubing and made a pipe between the filter and the air pipe. It worked out really well, but this probably won't happen to you. It probably just happened because it was two 16 year olds screwing around while putting the intake in. But just so ya know, I thought I'd share the story

Well, if you don't drink, just get together with some friends and some pizza and only half-pay attention to what you're doing. That kind of has the same effect, but without the drunkenness.

And I know, what is it with parents not wanting Exs to be modified? It's like a universal thing

Good Lord, I had no idea what I was getting into reading a "KKM install?" thread. By the way, the voice of widom will speak up (wisdom = 19 years old, haha), if you want to install something while "under the influence" make sure you have the next day to fix it. I bet something will be wrong with it : D
