knocking

I have a question. when I'm turning at a slow speed, my car knocks. I was thinking that it means something is loose, but am not sure. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Did you check all of your front parts such as the tie rods, ball joints, bushings, radius arms, wheel bearings, U joints, etc?
