Kruz Gannett wheels 20x8.5 will they fit? what size of tire you recommend?

I'm trying to get these wheels but I'd like to know if they will fit my 00 XLT also need adv on tire size to pick and one more question... will I be able to lower my truck at all? bcus my wife might end up driving my X and I dont want her drive it like she drives her 02 Honda Civic Coupe you know... so I want stability and looks for my truck and your advise is greatly appreciated... THANKS!

275/45/20 - for about 4.5" sidewall, most commonly used on here, I use them as well.
275/40/20 - only Pirelli makes them, but little less profile, Hartman had them.

I would stick with those.
