That has got to be the EASIEST Dash removal i have ever done!!!!!
I had more trouble getting the 4x4 harness off than i did that dash!
sorry, i just had to post, about a month ago I removed my factory Sub in my 92 EB, and MAN WAS IT A PAIN MY MY M++++ F+++ A++. i broke a ton of those damn interior clips.
Today, i wanted to see if my JVC headunit out of my car would work with the Sony 10 disk that was in my X when i bought it, although i didnt get that far because the psyco who installed the Headunit use inverted hex bolts to lock the unit into its harness, and I let a freind of mine borrow the only size i needed (doah!).
I am now far less worried about replacing the little plastic piece that hold the rear whipper and defrost in place. which magicly broke?
anway, i just wanted to give a shout out to the ford crew, i'm shure i'll find another design feature i dont like, but will always love the dash!
