Visited my local Discount Tire, and one of the budget tires they recommended was the Kumho Touring A/S 795.

The Touring A/S 795 is Kumho's Standard Touring All-Season tire developed to meet the needs of the drivers of coupes, sedans and minivans by blending long mileage and comfort with dry, wet and year-round traction, even in light snow. The Touring A/S 795 tires are intended to be one of Kumho's best values.
On the outside, Touring A/S 795 tires feature independent shoulder tread blocks and full depth circumferential grooves to provide all-season traction and enhance hydroplaning resistance. A computer-designed tread pattern combines dry road handling and low noise (205mm and wider section width sizes use the 5-rib design shown, while 195mm section width and narrower sizes use a 4-rib block design). On the inside, twin steel belts provide strength while a polyester cord body helps provide a smooth ride.
Tirerack has them for $45 each. The ratings on there are respectable.
Keep in mind that most of my driving is on-road, and winter traction is ideal. I figured that the price cheap enough to try them. I have used Kumho tires on other vehicles, with great results. Cheaper than the mediocre Goodyear Wrangler RT/S that got put on from the Firestone ordeal.
Should I look elsewhere since they are not a "light truck" tire?
Nothing exciting to look at. I would kinda like to have the OWL though.
