Leaking coolent from engine

I was driving in town yesterday and my engine started knocking really loud and I got out and looked under the hood, it was steaming, and coolent was leaking out from undernether. It wasn't the radiator, I just put a new one in. It was further back than the radiator and it wasn't coming from any hoses. Someone said it could be the freeze plugs.

It could be the freeze plugs, but I just ahd this problem and it was my head gasket that caused the leaking. Roughly 400$ to have repaired.

Try the lower intake manifold gasket. Thats probably gonna be your answer.
