Does anyone know a simplier way to remove the heater core on a 1996 Explorer (XLT, V6). This has been a great vehicle with more than 165000 miles on it (mostly trouble free) but now replacing heater core seems to be quite a task...removing ac; etc. If there is an easier way it would be great. Too bad they did not keep the design from early 90's. Thanks
