Hi.
My 92 Explorer XLT 4WD auto is stranded because of an annoying coolant leak.
THe leak is happening at the small cooler line on the right hand side of the radiator (Top). I have tried tightening the fitting but the leak appears to come from under the metal washer that sits directly on the radiator plastic tank...
I loosened the nut right above that washer and a piece of black rubber o-ring was sticking out of the tank opening...
Any help/feedback would be greatly appreciated???
Also looking down into the radiator filler neck it looks like the tank metal opening is not aligned with the plastic opening...so pouring coolant down there would not end up all in the radiator????
