Anyone have a fix or suggestion for a leaking schrader valve on accumulator drier?

I put in a new drier and all seemed to go well but I have leak at the schrader value.
It looks clean in there. I tried to pop the gauge on and off a couple times to get it to seal ......I can get it to "seem like it seals" but I still seem to have very slow leak.

Short of replacing the thing all over again .....

Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks

they make a tool to put in and take out schrader valves.. just get one.. turn it clockwise.. and it should be fixed.. (we had to do that to ours)..

thanks for getting back

Would it be too easy to use the same "tool" used for tires valves? I'm guessing it must be the same arrangement and may look very similiar?

I don't mind buying special tools but if it is like a tire one....a self constructed one comes to mind.....maybe with a little bigger pin hole and some more depth?

It should be the same tool as used in a tire valve stem.

thanks... It's on for this weekend
I let you know if that does it .........

It was such an obvious thing not to think of ...GRRRRR
It should have come to me if there was a schrader in there.... it was probably threated and maybe needed a twist.
-5 points for me.
Thanks for the help.
