left front upper control arm replacement process

I can't get the upper rear bolt out the fuel lines are in the way and I have tried wiggling the arm in every direction possible. any tricks?

97 V8 AWD.

Remove the bolts from the bracket that retains the lines so they can be moved a little bit. Then, when I did mine, I found that if I rapped on the upper arm to force it inwards towards the engine about 1/4" or so, it allowed enough clearance to remove the bolt. Mine is the SOHC, though.
