Leveling a ST side to side

I am sure this is common knowledge, but bought a used 2001 ST and noticed the right side is about 1.5" higher that the left side. The truck drives straight and I do not notice it while driving but with it sitting in my driveway, I see the tilt and when I measure from the top of the tires to the quarter panel I get about 1.5" difference left to right in both the front and rear. I know that is not that accurate but does tell me what I see is real. I do not want to lift the truck or anything, would just like to level it our side to side.

Very unusual. "Ranger/gangsta" lean usually has a drivers side lean due to fuel tank, battery, and driver imbalance. 1.5"
is excessive, but you may be able to get it close by loosening the passenger side torsion bolt. Weakened leaf springs and torsion bars can be major contributors that cause side-to-side lean. Lowering the front will also lift the opposite rear corner. RF down = LR up. Keep in mind any time the front torsion bolts are tweaked alignment should be checked. Also check your body mounts, ST's are notorious for crumbling foam mounts used under the A and B pillars. Leaf spring pics?

Factory spec:

Vehicle Lean (Side-to-Side Height Differences)

Front wheel opening— maximum 16 mm (0.6 in.)

Rear wheel opening— maximum 20 mm (0.78 in.)

Thanks, I made a mistake.. it is a drivers side lean.. leaning towards the left higher on the right.
Where is the opening spec measured? .. sorry for being so dumb.
Will check the body mounts.

Not dumb at all. Lean is a VERY common trait with torsion bar and leaf spring suspensions, there is no single solution.
