I've thought about just mounting a second set of axles and tires to the top.

hell yeah picking the 150 up in an hour

hahahaha

So $92 later, it turns out there is a problem with the #7 fuel injector on the Superduty. It could be one of two things, the Under Valve Cover wiring harness ($24:D), I guess over time they get worn out from the 110 VDC being run through them, or the fuel injector itself ($250 to $350 :D). I won't know until I pull the valve cover and check the resistance on the wiring harness.

:lol fun times lol yeah cant wait to see my truck 7g later lol:bounce:

I told you those International UVC Harnesses were cheap!:D

Maybe these will help you:
7.3L UVC Harness Retainer Clips
UVC Harness Check

And for when your Door Locks stop working again:

21 PM's

I just sent out 21 PM's to other NW forum members. It will be interesting to see how many post up:rolleyes:

BTW. I've started compiling a contact list since I already have several phone numbers. If y'all don't mind, PM me with your personel info and any limitations as to who would recieve it. (no I won't release it for commercial purposes :nono:but it might be a good thing to have in case one of us gets stuck somewhere :troops:(upside down, like Kevin:roll:)or(in a snow ditch like Greenbeer:bsnicker:))

just got your pm. count me in. i wont be in the explorer but ill bring my pickup.

Is there anything that a bone stock explorer can handle here or will I be over my head??? I've got no lift whatsoever, if anything its lower due to sagging springs...

I'm still contemplating making it out there, but there is no way I would be able to get the time off work, so it would only be a Sunday/Monday thing for me. And my work schedule may end up changing after the 4th of July break anyway. If I do decide to go, I will let you know. :salute:

After removing the valve cover on the F-350, I dicovered the Under Valve Cover Harness to be hanging on by dear life. The only thing holdng it on was the tension from the wires. I am surprised the truck was running at all since it feeds all 4 injectors and glow plugs in that bank. The good news is it's fixed, the valve cover gaskets are reuseable, and the most expensive part was the diagnostic fee at the stealership :D

This is what I found when I pulled the valve cover off. Notice the gap in between the connector and the plug. They should be flush.
