Lift kits for newer Explorers

The quick answer, NO. I have seen a couple of "prototype" suspension kits, but none on the market. You could probably rig up some sort of body lift from an older kit, but I know of no one who has actually done it.
The fact that the 02 4-doors went to the IRS makes creating a susp lift for it a real PITA.
