Lifted Explorers=Rare?

i've seen 2 lifted explorers mine and bhults whos a member here. i passed him one day but never really checked it out. other than that i see old people driving them alot

I hardly ever see any lifted Explorers out in maryland in person.. I've only seen Spas's 91 Tank and her 98 plus Savage Wolf's 1st generation. I know other lifted ones in Maryland but have never seen them in person.. Maybe I need to work on that..
