- 1999 Ford Explorer XLT
Hello. I have a 1999 ford Explorer XLT and the liftgate window is out of adjustment which causes the rear wiper not to work correctly. The glass is out of adjustment because on one side there is very little 'gap', while on the other side there is an obvious 'gap'. It desn't leak yet. What is the best method of recentering this glass? Do you have to loosen the top hinges? Breaking the glass would not be a good thing.
any ideas and information on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
