Liftgate hinge bolt torque specs

2003 Explorer:
I have new hinges for the glass lift gate. What are the torque specs for the torx bolt that goes through the glass. I believe I can install these myself, but I don't want to shatter the glass.
Thank you.
 






I'm not sure on the torque specs. If you just snug them up by hand you should be fine.
