light sensor 2007 xlt

I want my fog lights to come one everytime I unlock my doors.... I do not have auto lights and have tried covering everything on the dash with news paper to locate the sensor and nothing has worked... where is the sensor... every car/truck I have owned the sensor was on the dash and I could cover the sensor to make my lights stay on all the time If I wanted too... where is this damn sensor hidden at? Its not on the back of the rear view mirror because It has no wires running from it....

The light sensor is in the black anti theft indicator (PATS indicator) on the dash generic part number 13A018. Not sure, but I think that a completely different rear view mirror is used for the vehicles with auto lights.

Makes sense the one thing i didnt try to cover up... Just thought it was a light
